Staying true to our sustainable mission towards the environment we are committed to using sustainable packaging choices. Your order will be wrapped in recycled tissue paper and shipped in one of our repurposed DesignBlender boxes.

After completing your order on our website we will follow up with an order confirmation and a tracking number for your parcel. For more information, or if you need to cancel or change an order, please send us an email at atelier@designblender.co 

Please ensure there is someone to receive your parcel at the address that you have provided. All deliveries require a signature. Parcels will be delivered to your nearest postal depot in the case that there is no one to sign upon delivery.

Returns

In the case that you need to return an item purchased on our website we are here to help. Email at: atelier@designblender.co and we will send you a ‘Return to Blender’ form to fill in. Do not panic, this is just to document and ensure our item returns safely to it’s creative mothership.

Please read carefully the following requirements to ensure that you are eligible for a return:

-you purchased a product within the last 14 days

-the product has not been damaged in some way

-the product has not been used

-you have contacted us prior to returning your item and you have completed our “Return to Blender’ form policy.

Please note: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges

All shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product in accordance with our policy are at your own cost and are non-refundable by DesignBlender.
